The VIP Restaurant
In this elegant space on the edge of a career, you can follow international competitions in live and the equestrian show created especially for the event.
The choice of food and wine is orchestrated by Mathieu Viannay, chef with two Michelin stars. Associated for the occasion with the Maison Pignol to whom tableware is confined, the chef prepares your receptions around original menus, giving honor for regional products.
